Thermal Cycling
Thermal Cycling
Temperature cycling is the process of cycling through two extreme temperatures, typically at relatively high rates of change. It is an environmental resistance test used to evaluate the reliability of the product as well as in manufacturing to detect latent defects in the short term by inducing thermal fatigue failures.
Our thermal cycling test services include:
The maximum and minimum sample temperatures that are measured shall be between -55 and +85
Thermal cycling standards include:
- JEDECD22- A104 - D
- JEDECD22-A105
- Other standards are available
